Our answer to this year's segment has been the development and maintenance of almost four hundred free policies & procedures aimed at Group Training Organisations and their Host Employers.

Through our member network, we have access to over 10,000 plus Host employers. This adds great value to what we have developed and the ability to spread our resources far and wide.

For this year's entry, the following questions had to be answered:

• What was the health and safety issue at your workplace?
• What did you do to address/control/resolve it?
• Who did you talk to about the issue or who helped you resolve it?
• What was the outcome? In what way is your workplace now safer?
